갤러리벗이는 미술관을 방문하는 예술 애호가와 예술가를 연결하는 가교 역할을 수행하고자 2022년에 설립되었습니다. 벗이와 함께하는 작가의 작업이 보다 의미 있는 곳에 소장될 수 있도록 기여하고, 작품을 소수의 전유물로 여기는 미술 시장의 관습에서 벗어나 우리의 일상생활에 자연스럽게 스며들 예술 작품을 소개합니다. 갤러리벗이는 벗이미술관의 설립 취지와 발맞춰 아트브룻의 명맥을 이어가며, 국내외 아웃사이더 아티스트 육성 및 프로모션으로 동시대 미술 시장에서 진취적인 아웃사이더 아트의 흐름을 선보이기 위해 노력하겠습니다.

　Gallery VERSI was established to serve as a bridge between art appreciators and contemporary artists in 2022. The gallery makes efforts for artworks to be collected into more meaningful places, deviating from the convention of the art market treating artworks as the preserve of a minority of priviliged people. As Gallery VERSI keeps introducing multiple artworks, which can be accompanied by our ordinary lives naturally, it will protect the spirit of Art Brut. Aligning with the establishment purpose of the museum, this gallery will contribute to making the trend towards outsider art in the contemporary art market, promoting those artists. Eventually, Gallery VERSI will present emerging but relatively lesser-known artists through diverse exhibitions for Korean art scene.
